Ideally, you should be getting your photocopier serviced every three months to ensure that everything is working as it should be. However, the frequency of maintenance on your photocopier may be reduced if you don’t print or copy very much, and you may be able to cut it down to twice a year instead.
How long should a photocopier last?
Considering all the variable factors that can impact a commercial photocopier’s lifespan, a good, modern photocopier should last for around 5 years. However, many well maintained and serviced photocopiers will last beyond 5 years.
What regular maintenance should be done on a photocopier?
